Lots of autonomy, but lots of chaos/noise/change. You must be comfortable doing other people’s jobs (onboarding, support) and QAing others work to succeed. Just a reality when sales is most robust than other departments.

I was an internal promotion. Deel has a policy where if you get promoted they increase your salary by 10%. It’s pretty bad because I jumped 2 positions up so I got shafted. I think new hires get a lot more than I do.

They were hiring too many SDRs at that time. 2-3 SDRs often worked in the same market, competing for the customer. KPIs were the same for mature markets and for new markets.
