Summary In ENT space, company has over hired. Virtually no inbound. Only about 10% hitting quota. Strong products: Global Payroll and employer of record and contractors payments processing. Great HR modules and adjunct services but not Enterprise ready. In an ENT AE role be prepared to be a: SDR, ENT Rep, Onboarding Manger, Commission Auditor and Collections Agent. Product Company is constantly releasing half baked software that is super buggy. Great SMB product offering. Culture Chaotic culture. Always on, always available type mentality. CEO and company constantly getting bad press. Just Google lawsuits. Massive turnover in: Customer Support, Customer Success and Onboarding. Comp Cheap as they come when it comes to base comp. 20/80 backloaded commission plan, 20 upon signature, 80 when onboarded. Sometimes waiting almost a year to get paid on Global Payroll deals. Tons of mistakes in commissions, you have to constantly audit and open tickets with comp issues. Operationally You have to open tickets to do anything. Broken business process everywhere. Slack obsessed and super chirpy. Territory Non-geo. Constantly shifting, knee jerk decisions and preferential treatment. US based companies with global expansion but EMEA reps can sell into your accounts. Reps fighting and stumbling over themselves.
