Current Employee Terrible organization with terrible leadership. Rotten from the top down. Associate Director level and below are often fantastic (across entire revenue org); everything above stinks. 0 vision, 0 consistency, 0 values. Product is good. M&A strategy is phenomenal. Product market fit is once in a generation. This company’s going nowhere, despite this Rippling spy insanity (what were they thinking). Just a matter of whether you want to be part of it.
