Great training, great culture and leaders for the most part. Constant organizational changes which are a pain for reps and customers. Comission potential is not great. Quotas are often unrealistic and most people do not hit 100%. If you do go over 100%, you make 2x comission, up until 200% then it drops to 1.5x comission. So not a lot of incentive to over achieve, especially when quotas are constantly increasing.
