Former Employee2.3Sep 17, 2025Deltek has went through several rounds of layoffs in recent years which targeted the most tenured leaders and reps in order to reduce costs and restructure. A company is only as good as its people and it is shameful to get rid of your dedicated high performers to turn around and hire for the same role at a much lower rate which is what has occurred since the layoffs.
