Overall a good experience… but it’s certainly had changes since I started. Multiple changes in leadership and compensation structure has lowered morale. Inbound lead flow has dried up significantly. This maybe product dependent. Deltek offers over a dozen products. As another user mentions, there have been growing pains to go from 600mil to 1bil in revenue. Expectations are going up without a clear signal that the market can support it. There has also been little improvement to the tech stack and tools available to sellers to help increase our output. Company is very hesitant to invest into its teams/products. There are 1 or 2 teams/products that get the vast majority of investment.

Deltek is a good, solid place to work with great culture and work/life balance. If you're an experienced seller, you're not going to learn anything new here and they're significantly behind the curve with sales methodology and tech stack, however that just means that you can stand out quickly if you know what you're doing.

Great products and brand perception. Culture and people are fantastic. Many people stay here for years. Only downside is pay is lower than market average.
