People are nice. Training is subpar. Very remote company. Lead flow is lagging. Prospecting efforts are there, but outbound is not leading to a ton of revenue. Most revenue comes from existing business upsell with the largest enterprise accounts

Great product. Little to no inbound. Starting to verticalized but may have tried to upmarket too quickly in key segments. Great leadership outside of sales. EVP of sales seems intentionally dismissive and absent. “No excuses but come to me with everything”. CEO is down to earth and more sales friendly. Just tough to make money in new segments here.

Overall I'm very happy with my experience so far at Invoca. Sometimes it feels a bit like a start up, but the organization is growing and there are still processes being put into place.

Leadership is a joke, senior leader in the sales department gave someone a job without a single interview and is probably the most clueless individual on the team. They are poor at hiring or choosing the right people to hire and then they fire people when they are not performing but do not set them up for success.
