In summation, Diligent is a company that is ambitious with both its software and mission to be recognized as the world’s leader in GRC. However, there are some points where the company can improve with having proper systems in place to better support rather than hinder sales people. This includes the product development perspective as well as hurdles in that process hindered the acquiring of new clientele.

January re-orgs take a big bite out of Q1 results and momentum for the year with account changes and new strategies. Product enhancements are positive and good fits with companies' GRC needs.
