Former Employee Avoid like the plague.
From the front line managers to the CEO, the sales organization is broken.
Leadership leverages scare tactics and threats to “motivate you” but they will say it “galvanizes” people to be better sales. If you push back or tell them that they can’t treat you like that, they’ll fire you “ without cause” and treat you like you’re garbage.
Avoid them, they’re all horrible humans.
