overall good camaraderie amongst reps. For the most part, everyone genuinely wants to help each other out. And you're selling a quality product that works & helps people, so no 'seller's guilt' there. We could do a little better with giveaways, and the quoting can be a bit messy, especially with the add-on features. It's actually gotten a bit easier, but can sometimes be cost-prohibitive ( the add-on shouldn't cost more than the product). There can be a bit of 'hey! do this mandatory training by X date' Sometimes that gets in the way of just putting your head down, but that's anywhere you go. Great work/life balance & flexible hours: you own your territory so no one is breathing down your neck. Overall good place to work, but the tone has started to lean towards the 'this is the way: resistance is futile' sort of culture.

My overall opinion of Druva is very low. The product portfolio and support for customer tech was less than average. The marketing was nonexistent (new CMO every two years). The leadership (America’s VP & Area VP) in particular) was poor and, frankly, combative (far from collaborative). Easiest product I've ever sold Sales motion changes every year - more consistency would be appreciated, and the ability to build a long term sales career where I can net 500K to 1,000,000 a year. based on the relationships and accounts that I brought to the company.
