My overall experience has been decent. First AE role, promoted from SDR, I don't hate it. Quota is very difficult to obtain, not a ton of training, but our solutions and longevity in the market mitigate this to some degree.

New CEO has of September 2025. Lots of dead weight in sales leadership and support. Multi year incentive for 2026 not official.
