It is a great company to work for as in everyone needs data and we are the leader in business data. We could do a better job training for management/promotion roles. The OTE is good not great. We are a very remote based company so harder to have connections with your team but everyone who works here are good people and enjoyable to work with.

Sub par! The compensation is the only motivation here. There are opportunity to transition to a AE if your a top performer in SDR within (4 - 6) + . But the job gets redundant and the volumes of inbound calls, dictates opportunities which you have to qualify through a B.A.N.T questionnaire.

Fine company to work for if you're early in your sales career. Leadership and constant GTM structure makes it difficult to grow and understand how to make money/be successful. Some slight tweaks to leadership style and structre could make D&B a top desination for sales talent.
