Overall experience was good. Leadership and pay are likely the top two reasons employees leave. Great place to gain more experience with a complex suite of products and complex sale. Once you've hit your full potential, you'll likely start looking or become complacent as the career advancement opportunity is not great.

Enjoy working for ECI. Often times there is a lack of focus on the development and innovation side. Also, compensation has not been revisited or adjusted based on the current market.
