Leadership is jaded and only a select few are given goof territories with any inbound or partner deals. The rest are expected to outbound for all sales with awful marketing support. Leadership frowns upon "low performers" who outbound and work hard and praise "closers" who never outbound and work easy inbound deals that leadership and engineers do all of the heavy lifting with
