Former Employee Sales leadership (especially our newest CRO) is out of touch. They keep a strong distance between reps and follow a servant leader model. Also extreme favoritism is always in play. I don’t find the leadership to be ethical, and have let go a lot of individuals that questioned authority. Better to just be quiet and keep head down. Not an ideal place given the sales leadership, but it’s a job. I also think you can make money here, you just have to be willing to not call out leaders unethical actions. I would avoid the Utah office, that is very clearly the most toxic as well. The others you get some separation Browse Other Reviews
