This isn’t so much indicative of a “flaw” within the marketing engine so much as a reflection of economic uncertainty. There’s been some turnover (promotions & exits) within the SDR org. that’s driving emphasis on more AE driven pipeline generation.

Good company with in a mature market. There is strong product market fit but lots of competition. The organization would benefit from driving more innovation to differentiate themselves.

My overall experience with Emburse was a roller coaster. Leadership has it's ups and downs and the culture was poor. Retention in the sales organization was poor, although there was some great quarters of success and good leadership internally.
