New CRO cut comp plan by 35%, raised quotas, increased number of reps, decreased territories, and preached “just row harder”. Predictably, top reps and leaders left and more rounds of layoffs. CFO and COO have made it more difficult to close deals for those that are left. RUN-DO-NOT-WALK to the nearest exit.
