Pretty decent role, pay but inbounds are pretty weak. Majority of opportunities create are outbounded. Kpi is a split of 60% opps created and 40% on closed won.

Poor. Emplifi's new leadership has created a toxic culture by implementing non attainable quotas, letting top performers go, PIPing their reps, etc. Emplifi is composed of several smaller companies (Social Bakers, Pixlee, etc) that all had a strong brand reputation and good morale. The leadership really isn't great. The biggest issue that they face is going against two established companies in Sprinklr and Sprout Social. Both of those are eons ahead of where Emplifi is currently. There's constantly changing goals that really aren't achievable.

Since December, there is has been almost completely new C-suite. Unrealistic targets. Complicated comp plan. Non existent marketing. Unorganized execution across the Org. Decent pay. Decent benefits. Great PTO policy. Co-workers are nice!
