Current Employee My overall experience here was positive, but there is never-ending change. Leadership is a revolving door, constant changing of sales methodologies, and consistent RIFs or firings (despite nearly no one on the sales team hitting quota). Yet, they expect to hire and bring in new reps to be more efficient than those who have departed.
It seems their PE-backing is growing tired of losing money and willing to do whatever it takes to cut costs and appear "profitable". I would proceed with caution.
