I've been here for 11 months and have already had 3 CROs and the Executive Leadership Team has turned over 3 times. Each CRM comes in pushes change, everything is rushed and communication is poor. Still don't have their sales process figured out.

Compensation structure is okay, but definitely below industry standards. It's fully remote so naturally there is a lacking culture, but the leadership is also questionable.
