Current Employee There have been frequent comp plan changes that have significantly affected the SDR team, often without clear communication or rationale. Leadership decisions can feel reactive, with shifts in strategy that dramatically alter the SDR function with little notice or transparency.
The organisation also appears to lack consistency around performance expectations, definitions of success are regularly revised, and targets are often adjusted in ways that make them increasingly difficult to achieve. Career development pathways are unclear, and role stability is a concern due to sudden and unexpected departures.
