This was a great position if you're just getting started with sales as the enablement is good, BDR management is skilled and the compensation structure allows for high earnings.

During my time at Enable there was a ton of turn over. Within 10 months I reported into 4 different Managers and worked alongside 11 different BDRs (9 who've been dismissed). Within 10 months I also had 3 different territory changes. This organization is a revolving door with noone hitting quota!

Comp plans have worsened, no one is hitting quota. No inbound or marketing engine. Too many silos for a startup of this stage.
