Pay is below market, especially considering they do not pay any commission. There is a huge push for all employees to be back in the office full time, so anyone looking for remote work should look elsewhere. If you happen to be passionate about GIS, Esri is essentially the only company offering a full GIS system, and the software tends to have a dedicated user base.

Moving back to fully in office. If you’re interested in GIS, it’s the only place to go. Otherwise I would not recommend, the pay structure is not worth it.
