Former Employee3.1Jan 16, 2025Everything was a lateral move. Hourly sales reps no commission at all. Pros were the cafeteria and the campus was pretty. Conn's were no real upward mobility low pay unless you came in with a specialty degree. Did not really promote within very well. layoffs once in awhile. Great access to free GIS training.
