Stagnant solution, little innovation to generate interest from the market. It's a niche product, in a niche market that is losing ground to hybrid solutions. Nothing about the product, development or GTM will change with the current C-level leadership.

You can make money here, but if you hit quota, the next quarter your quota will go up. Unusual to hit quota 2 or 3 consecutive quarters. From a corporate culture - it's brutal. Terrible Leadership at the top. Antiquated and ineffective sales org structure and general sales approach. Not open to suggestions from staff in any way shape or form.
