Old school mentality that was a fit for early 2000's. The internal metrics espoused by the CEO weren't accurate and were shaped to fit the narrative. No cloud offering to speak of! CEO still selling on de-dup rates and recovery speeds despite customers continuously buying for cybersecurity reasons, leadership out of touch with buying trends of their own product.

It's a lone wolf organisation, where you eat what you hunt. Zero marketing, a dictatorial CEO , yet a product that has relevance, albeit a niche product. Has the potential to be a great company and build, just hasn't yet.

You can make money here, but if you hit quota, the next quarter your quota will go up. Unusual to hit quota 2 or 3 consecutive quarters. From a corporate culture - it's brutal.
