You can make money here, but if you hit quota, the next quarter your quota will go up. Unusual to hit quota 2 or 3 consecutive quarters. From a corporate culture - it's brutal. Job security for salespeople is non-existent. Toxic management. You are on your own. Separately, if a customer has a technical problem company will go to amazing lengths for customer satisfaction. Good health insurance. No matching retirement. I don't know how to monetize the stock options.

Old school mentality that was a fit for early 2000's. The internal metrics espoused by the CEO weren't accurate and were shaped to fit the narrative. No cloud offering to speak of! CEO still selling on de-dup rates and recovery speeds despite customers continuously buying for cybersecurity reasons, leadership out of touch with buying trends of their own product.
