Team was laid off within 90 days of hiring due to outside circumstances, hard to blame leadership given it was a sudden development outside anyone's control. That being said, SDR team seemed like an afterthought with many new to the role all working remote it sometimes felt unclear what priorities and best practices were, definitely a smile and dial kind of SDR gig vs. something maybe more refined and innovative you might find at a startup or SaaS org. Compensation was good and quota was realistic. Experian offered very strong services regarding the area we sold in.

Overall nice people and decent working environment, but if you end up in the dog house it can make for a tough time. Compensation is pretty mediocre, esp if coming from a SAAS company
