the company doesnt care much about the folks in the team. The leaders are also not top notch. There is massive politics in play and slow opportunity for growth. Overall i would not recommend anyone to join unless you know the hiring manager or the team personally

Sales comp plan requires a lot of timing for deals to make money. Most sales are recorded as 1/12th each month, selling early in the year is more advantageous than late. The technology transformation in the back office is taking away product development and improvement.
