Former Employee If you’re in a new biz role you’ll struggle due to market fit: old legacy tech and expensive. Support has dropped in quality and every customer query becomes billable much to their annoyance. For a long time, Sales people were making good money from relying on the existing accounts - renewals, additional seats or usage and PS.
