Expectation is you already have experience selling. Additionally, they hire a lot of people from competitor companies, etc. so product and industry knowledge is somewhat also expected.

FIS is a great company for professional development. If you are assigned to the right product and market, there is high earning potential. They do not have a strong SDR culture however and pipeline generation is largely left up to sales executives and account managers; so inbound dealflow can be weak for less established products/markets.
