Current Employee Overall experience has been fantastic. Been with company 10 years and have moved up. Sort of hit a point where it's kind of difficult to move up further, not impossible but just will take time. Base compensation is not good considering inflation past few years and hard economic times. This company should really cherish their employees who have gotten to where the are now and show that through an increase in base pay.
