Current Employee3.9Sep 8, 2025Great for experience! I would recommend this to anyone that would like SDR experience. There is a ton of opportunity to move into different roles within this company. As far as a path up in the SDR Program, I am not sure if there is a career path for that.

The pay structure was extremely sub par, considering the base salary was $36k and the only way to increase that number was to hit a certain number for consecutive months.
