Former Employee I worked as an Outside Sale Rep for almost 3 years. The pay structure was extremely sub par, considering the base salary was $36k and the only way to increase that number was to hit a certain number for consecutive months. I was able to do so and never received a raise. They prefer to run their business “lean” which basically meant as a sales rep you had little to no support in regards to managing customers weekly orders and deliveries. There was countless turnover and 0 support in this role. I almost became completely burned out until I found another opportunity that offers all the support layers needed to perform that position.
