The sales leadership excellent and the clients are wonderful. However senior leadership across the company are currently destroying the organization. Salespersons have had commissions stolen from them and people are being terminated constantly.

Fiserv has gone back to 5 days in office for non travel roles. The percentages for deals are watered down and they will “move goalposts” on you to avoid paying commission. Culture is horrendous overall but the sales team is under pretty good leadership from the director level down so you’re shielded some. Lots of inbound leads and the people are fantastic though.
