The new CRO just cleaned-up-house of almost any reps that were there prior to his time. No opportunity for career growth and they are slowly removing all of the benefits. Also, constant rounds of layoffs. They just hired a bunch of people in Chicago promising a hybrid structure but then "changed their mind" and forced every BDR to be in office 5 days a week. If you can, avoid this place!
