Finger pointing among the executives is horrendous. Growth has slowed, it's obvious, and there isn't a cohesive plan to solve the issues.

The new CRO just cleaned-up-house of almost any reps that were there prior to his time. No opportunity for career growth and they are slowly removing all of the benefits. Also, constant rounds of layoffs. They just hired a bunch of people in Chicago promising a hybrid structure but then "changed their mind" and forced every BDR to be in office 5 days a week. Pretty interesting product, useful for internal communications professionals. Selling the product got a lot harder after COVID. The platform is relatively expensive and only makes sense for very large companies. Lots of competition in the space as well.
