My overall experience is the company is trying to become profitable, so there are a lot of layoffs and commish structure changes. The base pay for those who make it to senior roles was supposed to go up $5,000 but they cut it down to $2,500. Also, they preach Diversity and Inclusion and there is none in sight. Even with employment engagement surveys hinting that no one trusts leadership they make all of these empty promises. Micromanaging on the BD team has increased, unfortunately.

Stay away. I had a great manager who taught me a lot, and the product had a great market fit. However, there was poor leadership across the board. Constant lies and layoffs from senior sales directors and the CRO. Top performers being let go left and right. No matter how hard you work at FiscalNote, you're not safe. Stay away.
