This is an Account Management that was renamed about a year ago from Customer Success Manager and there are a lot of responsibilities that will take away from selling time. The culture at this company openly celebrates employees who put off and change personal plans for work and has little to no mention of work/life balance. Very few reps are able to consistently hit their quota while the company has a "no base pay raise" and the only way they will increase your compensation is through RSU's.

I cannot recommend Five9 as a good place to work. there is no work life balance for CSM's or Account Managers. The culture is a popularity contest and leadership asks for feedback but if it is not positive they state it's just an attitude problem. Benefits are stuck in 2008 as is most of the product.

Poor bro culture at the time. Many team members were friends and took care of each other over other reps. Example: top producer was roommates with head of lead gen team. Hot quote taking three weeks off in the month.
