Fivetran came late to the enterprise game and made a few fumbles along the way. There is potential opportunity but generally all the money comes on the second or third transaction so the Enterprise new business team is significantly struggling. Our new CRO and upper leadership is great but some of the frontline managers could take global championships for micro-management. The culture is amazing but this isn’t a good place to make money in new business sales for enterprise yet.

Enterprise team was recently divided into hunters and farmers. HTe exclusive Hunter role is super challenging, small territories, long sales cycles, crowded market. Company seems to be changing messaging, pricing and GTM frequently. 2 RIF's over 2 years with many senior leaders moving on or being let go. Best times were the SMB and mid-market years.
