Enterprise team was recently divided into hunters and farmers. HTe exclusive Hunter role is super challenging, small territories, long sales cycles, crowded market. Company seems to be changing messaging, pricing and GTM frequently. 2 RIF's over 2 years with many senior leaders moving on or being let go. Best times were the SMB and mid-market years.

Good product, medium market fit (enterprise). CEO is the biggest challenge, he might be a good engineer but it’s not what the company needs.
