CEO is extremely difficult to work for and openly does not love sales in general. Changes pricing model which in turn means we have a difficult time holding trust with our customers.

There's not much to say about BDR organization. Many internal shifts has happened and because the BDR/SDR org is under the marketing organization, there's some misalignment between BDR goals vs AE goals. Quota/Comp structure is not the greatest.
