BDR Motion has its challenges, mainly the criteria for stage 1 is a bit of Wild West with the AEs, as it is for most companies that I have worked at to be honest. Outside of that, fantastic team members, a lot of people share ideas. Lots of good tools at your disposal.

With recent pricing and demand changes across this segment it’s become challenging to hit or exceed quota.
