The product market fit for the product is strong but the space appears to be getting commoditized at the lower end of the segment. Fivetran is strategically moving up market but seems to be leaving it's traditional "bread and butter" sale within the SMB and Commercial space behind. With the focus on the enterprise segment and the move up market, Fivetran has sought to minimize costs for its employees at the expense of their professional development and growth. I would not recommend Fivetran as a place to sell at this time.

Great experience I highly recommend working at Fivetran. I saw the org change a lot during my time but I always had the sense things were being run thoughtfully and salespeople are valued

Great product and customer base. Leadership can’t make up its mind on pricing strategy which confuses everyone. Inexperienced AE’s have been promoted after one good year in seat while more senior, qualified AE’s are overlooked. They finally have more experience at the top but hoping to see continued change there. Way underpay reps against the market.
