2024 was positive year for Commercial Mid Market. Attainment was better than most orgs across the SaaS industry. With recent pricing and demand changes across this segment it’s become challenging to hit or exceed quota. Pricing clients has become more difficult leading to longer cycles and potentially lower deal sizes. A tale of two different years.

It was solid pre Layoffs/ RIF. Will be interesting to see how they change and move as the warehouse build more and more pipelines
