How are the mid market and SMB teams performing of late?

1) do current reps believe the company is in a good position to either go public or get acquired sometime down the line? 2) do you reps see yourselves being there long-term? 3) what's currently the most frustrating part of the sales process?

Fleetio is hiring for SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise. From some interviews seems like the SMB team is doing very well, is that still the case and will the momentum continue?

Fleetio is a company that has had really impressive growth the past few years.!...however looking at the Repvue scores it doesnt look like the sales team has done that well. Is this accurate that not many reps are hitting quota despite growth or is this old data from past leadership and years ago?
