While Fleetio has a great product, changes in leadership have devalued the importance of the sales organization. Compensation is low and headcount growth is being dictated by investors and not supported by actual numbers. It seems like morale is decreasing every week as the team is constantly shown that they aren't valued by the company. The only shining light is the individual members of the team and the stellar team leads.

Fleetio has an outstanding sales org. From their leadership to their enablement, Fleetio is unrivaled when it comes to their ability to train and equip you to sell. They do a great job of providing a learning experience and the leadership is trustworthy as well.
