While Fleetio has a great product, changes in leadership have devalued the importance of the sales organization. Compensation is low and headcount growth is being dictated by investors and not supported by actual numbers. It seems like morale is decreasing every week as the team is constantly shown that they aren't valued by the company. The only shining light is the individual members of the team and the stellar team leads.

This company is great but the base compensation is very low compared to other Saas companies but OTE is not bad.
