Current Employee Culture and morale in the sales org are at an all-time low with limited reps consistently hitting their number and constant leadership turnover. Moving towards a 100% outbound approach to sales. Leadership is threatening to PIP reps who do not hit outbound expectations with the goal post moving every quarter.
