Our core area is ITAM which is a shrinking focus area with severely diminished value to organizations as the landscape changes. Flexera has grown almost exlusively through acquisitions but has failed to properly integrate any of our solutions to our platform. Customers sniff this out immediately when you get to demo/POC phase. Internally upper management blames the sales team for not properly articulating the different business outcomes we are driving towards with our different solutions.

It is great to work for an organization that is a leader in the product space but isn't acting like there's nothing new to do. Innovation is there and people are supportive of each other. Great group of people. Negatives are that customers never hear "no" or "out of scope" leading to constant back and forth. Additionally, support can a bit of a struggle.

The sales culture continues to deteriorate into more micro-management. Leadership is focused on tick the box activities that turn dashboards from red to green, but don't actually improve the state of the business. Feedback from the field/customers is viewed more and more as complaining and issues are not addressed.
