The promise has always been there with Flexport, but the persistently poor operational execution makes it almost impossible to endure. The earning potential is too vulnerable to changes in market conditions, so serious sales talent quickly find out they can achieve more predictable success at other companies.

Flexport is a great company, the culture is fantastic and everyone is willing to help out if you have questions. It is a very independent role where you are expected to lead and teach yourself a lot of things or reach out to others.
